This short notice covers the early-access sign-up form on this website. A full privacy policy will replace it before paid plans start.

What we collect
When you use the sign-up form, we collect what you type into it: your practice’s name, your name and role, your email address and phone number, city and state, details about your Open Dental setup, how you heard about us, your notes, and whether you want product updates.
We also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address and the name of your web browser, to limit sign-ups from one place and to spot duplicates. We don’t store the address itself.
Please don’t put patient information in the form.
What we use it for
To confirm your email address, to contact you about Diastema, and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional product updates. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
Who handles it
Our website and its database run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Emails from us are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service.
No tracking
This website has no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop product updates, email calvin.1eastwood@gmail.com or reply to any email we’ve sent you.
